How many points will need to be scored to appease the rant Saturday night?

Over under is 39.5. That alone tells me at least 40 or so for the minimum. What say yall?

That's the spread. Total is 51.5.
I want to see 50+, but the sky is falling point total is 34 for me (4 TDs, 2 FGs).
Anything less than that and I'm grabbing my pitchfork.

60 What-A-Burger on Offense.
Nuss passes for 500 yards.
Rushing attack nets 13 yards against mighty Southeastern.
BK finally has had enough and sends Sylvester packing.

This is a hilarious response. How’d you come up with such original comedy?

People say these games don’t matter, and nothing the team does means anything. And in a lot of ways that’s true.
But in terms of building confidence for a struggling offense, just the feeling of doing a correct assignment, whether it be a pass/run block or hitting a receiver in time on a deep ball, can be huge for a team with new starters.

I think we’re reasonable here. I think averaging 4 touchdowns a minute isn’t too much to ask. That would be 240 points, so let’s say anything over 200 would be okay since the kickoffs would burn some seconds and possibly needing to run 2 plays to score after a TD, but that should be rare.
ETA: I won't correct cause my math mistake is funny, but 4 TDs per minute would 240 TDs, not 240 points. 240 TDs would be 1,680 points. So I'm thinking minimum of 1400 points.

Points schmoints
Show we can run the ball effectively.
Show we can pass the ball effectively.
Show we can score touchdowns inside the 20.
Let’s do that and move on from there.

I used to care about points like Chip Kelly in 2010-12 at Oregon, but the goal is to win games. I’d rather beat Florida 20-10 than lose 55-49.
Our defense is damn special this year. I’m okay with scoring 24 a game if we only allow 9
