Something I have noticed about LSU fans, and has been noticed by others I have talked to: We love our LSU paraphenalia.

LSU fans tend to have as much of this stuff as possible. I support that, I have 5 t-shirts (specific LSU stuff, not just P&G) 2 Polo, 1 gameday polo (used only for gamedays), 2 hats.

Used to have an awesome 80's windbreaker that I have never seen anyone else with, but I think I lost it in a drunken night of tailgating

It should also be noted that this is the majority of my clothing. I don't have but maybe 13 t-shirts, 4-5 polo and 4 dress shirts for work (the 5th being an LSU button up).

I have to assume most of the people replying live in Louisiana. Would you really wear purple and gold on a regular basis (weekly) if you lived in another state. I was born in Baton Rouge and love LSU but lets face it, purple and gold are not typicle colors offered in department stores and there is a very good reason.

I have lived in Marietta, Georgia (suburb of Atlanta) for 16 years and I wear my stuff all the time, run plates on my car, fly my flag at the house, and wear LSU gear routinely. Gotta represent brah, no matter where you are!!

negative. we've lived in Georgia, Oklahoma, and now in Germany and we wear P&G everywhere.

My wardrobe = 30-35% P&G with a good deal of that being LSU-specific.

Mr. 1999's wardrobe = about 60% P&G with most of that being LSU-specific.

And we both have an ungodly amount of clothing.

Same for baby & dog-- lots of LSU sported there.

Our dining room is painted gold with deep purple curtains & Louisiana-themed art; our guest room is fully LSU, as is our son's nursery. And the exterior of our house is purple (it was already that color, I swear).
