So if we’re playing at Auburn and they decide they want to wear their white jerseys, we’d have to wear purple?

Believe this happened around 2009 against State in Starkville. MSST wore white at home and LSU wore purple.

LSU purple isn't the same as Tyrian, or royal, purple. It's officially the colour "aubergine", or eggplant
That is totally false and you know it.

Florida did it to LSU in Gainesville 2000. I saw the game which UF schedule very early and wore their gay blue panties and white ugly weenie jerseys.

Wear your colors or change the colors to gold white

I love LSU and the traditions. Today teams wear uniforms that are neon colors. Teams wear all black uniforms. Trust my judgement and WEAR YOUR PURPLE.

Yes. It’s not that hard to understand

I actually like the purple jerseys (not saying we should always wear purple at home, just that I like the look for a little change-up), but with two caveats:

1. The shoulder stripes on our purple jerseys look terrible
2. I like white pants better with purple jerseys

I think we actually played the huskers in 3 bowls in the 80's and were forced to wear purple in the other 2.

I remember in the early 90s they wore purple pants in a game at Kentucky. Those were great

And they were ghastly. Since the Tigers lost that game it's doubtful we'll ever see them again.

Also in 2007 Miss St put us in purples, as well as a couple of other times.

FWIW, I just noticed that in the NC year of 2007, LSU played 4 games wearing purples: @ Miss St (won 45-0), vs. MTSU (44-0), @ Tulane (34-9) and vs. La Tech (58-10). Admittedly those opponents were bad, but that's not a performance to be ashamed of, wearing a uniform style many consider "unlucky".
