Saved 335k out of his first million. Out of the remaining, he spent 550k on both house and car. Pretty damn good compared to most

He is quite a young man. Unless the wrong lady comes along, he has a bright future.

He really didn't blow much at all considering he can reasonably count on a big contract year in a few years as well.

With his performance in his rookie year, he can probably live off of endorsements and not spend his salary.

It is his "first million." It is likely after tax income.

Good watch.

Cliffs:

He got a $7 million signing bonus so this is just a glimpse of his first spends.

405K on a townhouse in Minnesota by the training facility
20K on interior design for the townhouse
150K on a blacked out Mercedes AMG GT63
50K on jewelry
20K on clothes
10K on shoes
10K on Christmas gifts

The man got 7.1 million up front, and had an annual salary of 3.4 million. He’s gonna be fine for life off that alone. He’s going to get at least one big contract and if he plays up to his abilities he’s going to have a couple.

That’s not even counting endorsements.

That’s damn good really

Also mentioned he's just spending his endorsement money. JJets is smart.

If you take out the house which he will more than likely break even or better, he spent 3.5%. If he financed the car then it’s much less. Not unreasonable at all in my opinion.

Toward the end of the video I was saying the same thing to myself.

Probably take out 50% for taxes and his agent fees.
