How is that not obstruction he ran into Hernandez’s path to try to obstruct

Him and slow him down and then back toward the white bag.
He circled across the foul line for no reason but to impede the runner.

Look at him circling into foul territory into Hernandez’s line to the base without the ball and for no reason.
Then sprints back toward the white bag but stays between Hernandez and the bag.

You don’t have to be trying to obstruct for it to be called.
I don’t think it should have been called, but with the addition of the green bag and the reason for it…the 1b definitely crossed over in the path and fielded the throw half on the white and half on the green. If it would have been a step closer I could see the argument.

There was no reason for him to circle into Hernandez’s path except to obstruct him.
The first baseman had more direct paths to the base to take that were out of Hernandez’s path to the base.
