How is Skyy Clark's status different than Junior Tuihalamaka?

Seems like both played 4, didn't sign a pro contract, and now just want to return under the 5 for 5

Skyy Clark makes our basketball team better than Junior makes our football team which is Sankey's biggest issue.

I'm kidding on the above. But on a serious note, I do have a conspiracy that some of this shite would get swept under the rug if the player wasn't a good to great player.

Junior hasn't played since McNeese. He was a very solid player for ND and their fans were saying he'd be a contributor here. Has he just not picked up the scheme? Not made the 2-deep? We blew out MSU and he didn't see any action, I don't believe.

I know he tore his Pec at pro day for ND, I'm assuming he was fully cleared though since he played some. Not really sure. He's supposed to be very solid against run tho

Their fans were saying his stats weren't great, but he was great at holding the edge and they wish he'd stayed. I didn't think he'd start here, but he had 3 sacks in 2024, a couple FR, and an INT.

Regardless, surprised we haven't seen him more in blowouts.

#41 played vs State in the 4th quarter on defense. I thought he looked good the 1-2 plays I watched him.

I don't think Clark is a must for this team to win enough for NCAA tourney

Dent is gonna be the key to this team

Clark hit over 42% from 3 last season. That’s very valuable.

Yeah 41 is Junior...so he has gotten playing time and looked good. Maybe he gets more reps in the coming games, but Dylan Carpenter has really manned up this year. That dude would be starting on probably every other SEC team.

According to lsusports.net (the official website of LSU athletics) Junior has participated in all seven (7) games played this year. I know he plays on special teams coverage units.
