Hate to say it, but I think you could be right.
I thought about the lead up to the aggy game, and what was the only narrative you heard before this game? It was entirely about Jimbo and A&M looking for that signature win for the season. How the 7 game lose streak had to come to an end and the 12th man would be ready to bring the fight to us.
During the pregame before kickoff, go back and watch it. They don't mention LSU at all. They talked about aggy and Jimbo. We all know what happened. The stage was set.
This game, I have a feeling, may be the same thing. All the hype leading up to it is going to be can UCF do it again. No one outside of Louisiana gives a shite if we get our 10th win, but everybody is going to tune in to see if UCF can get to 26.
Hopefully I'm wrong and we come out and stomp them, but I'd be lying if I said I was confident.

It is a trap game for UCF. They were expecting a CFP spot and end up with a 3 loss SEC team!!!
At least last year they got the SEC West Champion!!

LSU has the players to whip UCF. One thought on my mind was that coach publicly made the Bama his season goal. The problem with that is if you lose that game, it implies the season is a failure. I worried that LSU would under perform and IMO, it has since Bama. Arkansas was closer than it should be. Rice was rice but LSU should have beaten Texas A&M. If LSU is up for the game, LSU wins.
