Sucks even more that both his knee injuries were non contact. Planted wrong on a punt return and took a weird step after an INT.

I know on the Saints board they had a link to a Cardinals report that TM may be a cap casualty this year.

I’d probably slide Welter in there over Beckwith. He knows the play book well and can get the calls in

Probably will always remain as one of the most baffling football personnel decisions I've ever seen.
I believe Kwon, Debo, and Kendall were all on the team while Welter was in the starting lineup...... that should be punishable by the court of law

"CB- Patrick Peterson
S- Tyrann Mathieu
S- Jamal Adams
CB- Tre White
LB- Kwon Alexander
LB- Deion Jones
LB- Kendall Beckwith
Nickel- Jalen Mills "

All very good players.
I'd put Back 7 from FSU right up there with the LSU unit---maybe even above them.

DB : Jalen Ramsey (Jags)
DB : Xavier Rhodes ( Vikings)
DB : Ronald Darby ( Eagles)
DB : Lamarcus Joyner ( Rams)
LB : Nigel Bradham ( Eagles)
LB : Telvin Smith ( Jags)
LB : Vince Williams ( Steelers)
Nickel : Patrick Robinson ( Eagles) [/quote]

An all-LSU team would be a pretty good NFL team...except they wouldn't have anyone to throw the ball.

Eric Reid typically plays LB in the NFL now and whoever said Claiborne hasn't been doing well has no idea, the last 2 seasons his on the field play has been good, started out great last year with Dallas before his injury.

Someone will pick him up and he got a ton of guaranteed money in the contract he signed iirc

This idea that since it's America, and we are free, no one should criticize Reid for being a dickhead is ridiculous.

America being free means Reid won't get fined or put in prison. It doesn't guarantee everyone's approval.

America being free also means we have a right to shite all over him...and I do.

I can tell you were looking for this excuse and use it frequently. I never said that because it's america then he's immune from any effects this may have. I simply said I wouldn't do it, but it's America, so other people can. What happens after that isn't my business. But I'm not going to ruin my own day getting mad/enraged at someone for simply protesting or expressing themselves especially when it barely affects me, if at all. But shitting all over a former Tiger over this just makes you an arse.

ETA: While I'm on the subject, have you ever worn a shirt with the American flag on it? Or used paper plates/napkins/cups with it on there? If you have, according to the rules associated with the flag, you're disrespecting it. Now I don't personally care if you do all of this because I'm not a blowhard but it is incredible to see the people get worked up over this but completely ignore how many other ways the American Flag gets disrespected.

LSU LB's are a bigger strength than defensive back in the NFL right now....

You forgot to list the safeties. Jamal Adams? Eric Reid? Even Ronald Martin is on a squad (Colts).

Come on now...

Unfortunately not well. So far he's just been one of those guys who's incredible college ability didn't translate to the professional game. I really hope he's able to bounce back. Was an absolute stud for us and I don't think he gets the name recognition he deserves with the current student body.

well some times a man coverage guy just doesnt do well in Zone. And he has been with Zone D teams. Worst thing for him was getting drafted by dallas.
