Just hope we have more players than the last Texas Bowl vs. Kansas State.

This is my concern as well. With a full roster, we beat Baylor handily, but who knows what we will get come gameday. Any idea of how many opt outs we're looking at? Five? Ten? More?

Eh, it's another game to watch and cheer for LSU so I'll enjoy it. Probably the same amount of excitement as a have for an average non conference game.

35-31 against a mediocre WI team that was 7-6 and averaging 11 points/game at the end of the season.
Was it really pretty damn good preparation by BK?
Lucky to even win the game and not close to prepared at the start.

How should we beat Baylor? They are on a 6 game win streak. They have 4 losses. Only one of which was lopsided. Very similar to LSU.

I don’t know why some of our fans think we’re automatically superior to every team in these bowls. LSU is a good team but so is Baylor. That’s why it’s gonna be a good matchup.

Two 8-4 teams who had similar seasons. Both ended the regular season with a blow out win. LSU is currently favored by 1.5.

BK with multiple weeks to prepare? Yeah that doesn’t mean anything he’s proven he’s a shite coach with more than a week to prepare. Baylor probably wins out right. And I know the spread is close to a pick em which makes it even worse.

LSU has a better bowl assignment than the Aggies-- with the same record

I think we should all reduce ourselves down to this being the new normal. We should all be tracking that magic 6th win during the season and we should keep our family plans open the week after Christmas to new years to travel. We should also be scouting those destination cities like Hoston, Memphis, Nashville, etc.

Or you could use it as a trip, hit some breweries, maybe some new restaurants and watch the game.

A lot of young players we haven’t seen will be playing. Excited to see the future.
