the only people that can defend this are the people that want LSU to win, so badly, that they are willing to sacrifice all intelligent thought and reason.

Because he never says what he offered and he never says he actually made a transaction. It's called proof/evidence. And going by the tapes only there is none. What would you charge him with if he was a defendant and you a prosecutor? The NCAA has nothing. Javonte Smarts name was not said, he only said this smart thing. Prove otherwise.
