That's it. This is the answer.
Only other one I can think of was the Monday night Tennessee game in 2005. Both were unbearable.

App State that was moved to 11:00 because of a hurricane was miserable. Hot clear and no wind in early September

1 to 2 years ago Utah state. Not even close

Now I will give you my hottest game ever any sport...
1978ish
StL Cardinals playing SF Giants in old Busch Stadium in July. They had Astroturf at the time. Ambient temp for 1:00 pm game was 104. At the time they had a display on the scoreboard for the turf temp... 140 deg. Players said they put aluminum foil in the bottom of their shoes to try to reflect the heat out.
Our tickets were 6 rows off the field on 3rd base line. The seats were so hot you could not touch bare skin to them or they would burn the piss out of you. We took our tshirts off and draped them over the seat until the got cool enough to sit on. There were more people lined up to the bathrooms to get water from the sink to pour over their head than there were people at the concession stands.

Oct 12, 2013 vs Florida, people were passing out from heat exhaustion.

There was an early 90s game vs A&M in September with an afternoon start that was like the surface of the sun.

Tenn 2005 for sure
I remember it well
My wife was early stages pregnant and we parked in levee lots
On way back to car you could smell the cows and she almost lost it
It was so freaking hot and muggy that night
There was another game my wife left at halftime and her parents picked her up outside stadium
I can't remember which game it was.

app state when the game had to be pushed up in August...I think the medical tents were at capacity from people passing out, and they sold out of water

Oh. Versus THE Ohio State

My dad (about 70 at the time) barely made it to halftime that day. He wouldn't stay home or leave earlier because of the grandkids.

This. Not even close. Auburn and Tennessee games others have mentioned were certainly uncomfortably hot (I was at all 3 games), but the noonday and early afternoon sun and humidity for the Appalachian State game were worse by a wide margin.

That was the first game I ever left early. But, I had my 3yr and 5yr old with us!
