David Woodley
Gabe Northern
Rogie Magee
Davin Godchaux
Greg Gilmore (became a very steady NT who played a lot of reps)
Russell Gage

Josh Jasper (his fake FG vs UF and fake punt vs Bama in '10 endeared him to me)

Brad Wing- LSU punter - he could easily flip the field and helped our defense out tremendously with field position.

Terrence Toliver - no idea how he didn't make it in the NFL.

Tony Moss... was actually a good player when the talent level dropped off a cliff in 88-89

Eddie Fuller (remembered for catching the Earthquake Pass but was a heckuva RB as well)
Ron Sancho
Herman Fontenot
Lyman White
Shawn Burks
Gregg Dubroc
Ramsey Dardar
Malcolm Scott
Chris Faulk
Kevin Langford

There's so many players I enjoyed watching that seem to be lost in history now. Feel like I could go on and on.

Travis Daniels burning his whole Redshirt year to play in one game for the whole season. Sabans Team First spiel he should not have lost that year of eligibility and I don't think that was right for saban to do that to him, but Saban made it up to him by drafting him to Miami in 2nd round if I remember right...

What incredible dedication he new his team needed him and it was end of year in biggest game LSU had been in that I had seen up to that point in my life. crazy dedication and he saved the game, possibly changed the path of LSU football by showing that dedication and setting that precedence

Arnold Miller.

He blocked 7 FG’s and extra points in one season and kept the ‘98 team alive.

Beat me to Travis Daniels.

Remember his great quote after he & Matt Mauck snatched the 2001 SECCG from UThug?

“I play for the letters on my helmet, not the name on my jersey”.

Ricky Jefferson his senior year. He was unreal his last game against Bama.

Kyle Williams. One of the best defensive linemen we've ever had, all-pro with fantastic longevity in the NFL, yet wasn't talked about nearly as much as others (including C. Lavalais) while he was at LSU.

Joe Addai. Great all-around back.

Jermauria Rasco (never flashed but always played hard)

Ronald Martin (was playing hard after his dad died)

J.D. Moore (Fournette’s fullback)

Corey Thompson (started as a safety but injuries kept him sidelined multiple seasons and ended up finishing his career as an OLB and led the team for sacks at one point)

Several good ones mentioned that I always think of in these threads, Eric Alexander, Brandon Taylor, Lavar Edwards.

I’ll throw out Jeremy Lawrence as well. Over shadowed by Trev and Bradie but was a very reliable piece of those early Saban defenses.

Glad to see JJ getting some love and respect in this thread. Pleasant surprise there

Lazarius Levingston, Kendrick Adams, and Tashawn Bower rarely get mentioned but were all solid DL for us.

I think John Battle probably gets as much appreciation as he deserves.

I appreciate that he played hard for LSU, but he wasn't amazing by and stretch
