Here is every hold by Alabama's Offensive Line(pics). Only One was called

For those of you who don't believe the officiating is biased, here is your evidence. I know that LSU got away with a few themselves, but these are all blatant and obvious. Every drive Bama had, there were at least 2 or 3 missed that allowed them to get a first down and extend the drive. Guess which one was called.

I understand the frustration, but let's just accept the fact that Bama was beatable Saturday night, and we again fell short.
The refs weren't terribly flag happy and for the most part they let the players play. I'm ok with that.
I'm more frustrated with the fact that we had WRs open all night and the OL gave Etling time, and Canada called a good game...and Etling still struggled to connect.

If you ever played football, you know that realistically holding could be called on almost every single play
If you're a ref, the idea is to call the blatant ones or the ones that clearly affected the play.
I have a feeling you could do a similar investigation and find several instances of holding that we committed but were never called.

Bruh. Delete this thread. It's a complete embarrassment.

Jesus. All those pictures, and only two that you can say "yeah...that doesn't look like it could be anything other than holding". An offensive player can have their hands outside the shoulders all they want. It has to restrict the defender in order for it to be called. Bear hugging and pushing a defender out of the way isn't shite. Bear hugging and preventing him from running a certain direction due to the bear hug, is.

Ala. holds on every play. They own the ref's.
OK really how can we find out the "HOME TOWN" of all the
SEC football ref's.........
Don't the other Athletic Directors (other than Ala.) care
that the ref's favor ALABAMA

YOU have way to much free time on your hands.
Do you realize the refs could call holding on damn near every fricking play. shite a Bama fan can make the same thread and show LSU holding Bama players.

This is the work of a crazy person... like sitting in your basement with a bulletin board full of snapshots of bamas offensive line at play while rocking back and forth uncontrollably kinda of crazy.

I saw 2 blatant holds in those pics, the rest were borderline, questionable, or unclear. Please stop.

Maybe for Bama it’s like Modern NBA palming the ball while dribbling is legal. Some holding is legal for them.

This may be the worst post I've ever seen on here.

I know they held Key the whole game and it was only called once, but you have to make a few big plays and LSU didn't make enough of them. The interception and the deep pass early for them were basically the difference. That and the 3rd down throw where we had 4 guys around the WR and we just missed the ball. We had numerous long ball shots to open WRs and misfired or dropped them. That's the difference in the game basically.

I hate these sanctimonous answers. Why the fricking hell do we have to accept this . BAMA had one penalty, LSU had five, thats an 80% imbalance. If both teams hold then call it on both teams.
Maybe LSU holds just as much, maybe not. Probably not because BAMA has a mobile QB and that creates differing body angles for blockers and would more often lead to them reaching out and grabbing or impeding LSU defenders.
But its more than that. Saturday night there were two blatant personal fouls not called when a gang tackling group threw Guice to the ground long after the play was blown dead and when Scarborough threw Devon White to the ground after he ran him out of bounds. Its infuriating when in 2014 the ending of the game was totally altered with a personal foul on Vadal Alexander when both teams were shoving after the play and a defender had Alexander by the leg and pulling him over.

Hurts was not any better. Yeah he connected on a couple of passes after scrambles, but again if the holdings ae called some of those are negated.
LSU may have still lost but we see this subtle and sometimes not so subtle effect ( Patrick Peterson interception) year after year.
