I was at the game so of course I watched the game.... Last I check 58 yards and 4 more seconds is winning the yardage and TOP.... I didn't say dominated, I did say it seemed.
Why are you so angry about it though?

true, we've been very fortunate to win all these tight games this year. Miles' unfathomable luck continues

so we can blow them out in the Dome,
i doubt any game between bama and LSu is a blow out. i see another close game except with more scoring for BOTH sides this go around. both teams will make adjustments from the last game from what did not work.

Why do they fail to mention that we missed two TD opportunities too? Because they are building ratings.

quote:that's funny because I seem to remember the Tigers defense stuffing the shite out of y'all in OT. and then our offense comin on the field and scoring on your supposedly tough arse defense, it would have been a TD if not for Ford not watching where he was running and going out of bounds.
We dominated overtime.

Take away the opening drive by BAMA and LSU dominated yardagewise the other 57 min of the game.

More relevantly, field position is part of the process of winning.

Texas 'out-played' Kansas State this weekend too. It is still a loss. STFU.

LSU played LSU ball. Our special teams put them in the position they were in to have to kick those long FG's.
"Oh but Alabama had 3 missed FG's."
Well LSU had a dropped pass in the endzone, Ford running OOB right before scoring a TD. We had a HUGE difference in TD probability over Bama.
Too many stupid "what if, what if". That "what if" can be used on both sides of the ball...
I don't think Bama dominated by any means. Both teams had opportunities to put points on the board, and LSU came out the victor.

quote:you can doubt away, you don't know what can happen, nobody saw Iowa St. taking up and beating Okie St. either. LSU is basically playin a home game in the dome, anything can happen, if LSU hits them with a couple of quick TD's via turnovers or whatever, the game could turn into a route.
i doubt any game between bama and LSu is a blowout.
