Thanks Zach. You are a team player. I wish for you success and blessing as you continue on in life. Thank you for serving LSU and your teammates. You are a winner!

We have had some great receivers, but I think he is the best all around player I have ever seen at the position. As many have said, he catches EVERYTHING, he blocks, he works so hard, contributes on special teams. I am excited about watching him on Sundays. I have enjoyed him thoroughly.

I hope that is the case. CFN has us going to the Chicken Bowl again to play Duke, which would be a disaster.

Also a big fan of the white helmets. We need to revisit that look.
re: When did the Band play Neck at the Furman Game?

Was there at 5:00 pm and stayed until the end. They did not play Neck.

False. Was with team during bowl game loss to Iowa. Dolphins were all over him. His ego sent him to Miami. His friends, his agent, and his family were telling him to stay at LSU. He just had to see if he could do it in the Bigs.

He may never forgot the 66th post of his career.

Look at Texas. They are on the downhill slide right now. LSU is fortunate that we are the dominant football school in the state regardless. LSU has won more football games than everyone with the exception of Boise State since 2005.
Yes we are top tier. The good news is Saban put a system in place to keep us here. Miles has built on it. As long as we keep solid coaching (and more importantly recruiting) we can stay here for a long time.

We need to find a middle linebacker. Chavis has been trying to figure that out these first two games and no one has really stepped up. Also concerned about Loston's health. However, we should all let the Chief do his work and see how we go against Auburn in two weeks. That will be a good dress rehearsal before GA.
Sure. Just like the vet department could teach Mike the Tiger to talk, he could escape, eat Les, and then replace him on the sidelines.
Do you still need to know what I think?

Nick Saban is a jerk.

Great man, great family. His son lives in BR just off campus. Truly a classy man. Tailgates on the baseball field if you looking for him on game day.
The Bama loss, while potential hurting our Sugar Bowl chances, has nothing to do with our BCS fate. LSU will require an FSU win (Gator loss) to get into a BCS bowl and that is regardless of whether or not Bama won or lost.
I agree with several others in the fact that a change of scenery from NOLA would be nice. Geaux Noles!

Loss to Iowa in CapOne Bowl as pretty bad and made worse by Saban leaving.
Although 1/9/12 is the sickest I have ever felt.

Sucks for you. Sucks for me that I have to go to work, earn a living, and support a family of 6.
I watched Randal throw at practice for the BCSNCG and he was terrible. He better get improve a ton in the spring. Mett and Rivers have legit arms. I would like to see a QB with a real arm play for a while at LSU. Very tired of the running QB.
re: Stephen Rivers: Where does he stand in 2012 and beyond?

Was at practice on Saturday before the bowl game and saw all the QBs throwing. Lee definitely had the prettiest ball, but Mett was at least as accurate. Rivers had a banged finger and didnt throw too well. Randall was terrible. JJ was horribly inconsistent. I wouldnt be shocked if Randall transferred. I dont think there is much room with Mett, Rivers, and Keil.
