I didn’t say fired after first game.

He needs to win big this year. Just bc you don’t think so doesn’t mean it’s not reality. You think Woodward is sitting still with another 6-7 win season?

Alleva and his crew ain’t running the athletic department anymore

Herbie also picked lsu as his second sleeper if the year and said we could be the 2nd or 3rd best team in the west

Losing to Alabama after losing so much is understandable. Getting embarrassed by MSU, Missouri, TAM and Auburn is not. They were a thrown shoe away from a losing record. I’m not surprised to see people picking UCLA. It’s possible that it was 2019 and not 2020 that was the aberration

And with a lot of the same exact players…here’s to hoping it was all pelini/covid, but I’ll be skeptical until 3-4 games in

Respect is hard to gain, easy to lose and even harder to recover.

Herbie Is very high on UCLA. He thinks UCLA is a 9 or 10 win team. I don’t see it, but I think that is the why he picked UCLA and not because LSU went 5-5 last year.

Well the facts are that every hire O made this year is a gamble.

OC has never been an OC or play caller in his life.

DC was a coordinator 12 years ago at a tiny school and been nothing but a position coach since.

Facts are the hires he made for leadership positions are major risks and entirely unproven.

O has been given more rope than I could have ever imagined given how many bad hires he’s made and that was even before 2019 title.

I’m good with Max. He proved he was a leader last year. My concerns are LSU running the ball and the defense not giving up big chunks on the ground.

Going 45-14 with a Natty, Conference title, division title, 2-0 in the playoffs, and 3-1 in bowl games will earn you the rope...how many other teams would kill for those same results from their head coach?

He’s 30-14 outside of the 2019 season and took over a talent full team. Once he lost Aranda and had to make his own DC hire, the bottom fell out and LSU had its first non-winning season in 20+ years.

He just said the QB who couldn’t complete a pass against Hawaii would be the difference. He lost all credibility picking UCLA. And then the senile picker said Ida would be the difference. Take that for what it’s worth

Because negative idiots like you and justice were haters going into 2019 as well...big-time O haters. Of course crickets for 2019 as it unfolded, and back to your same ignorant, negative, B's

One you don't take away a season to try and fit your narrative, it happened, and he didn't take over a talent full team...that oline was decimated from Les' recruiting efforts and the dline was not deep as well...

That 2019 team was built with many of his recruits and coaching hires...

Yeah, losing 30+ players from the 2019 team then losing more from covid and injuries and being able to barely field 50 scholly players had nothing to do with that...ok
