Was it his catching elbow? That would explain the drops.

Coach Paul has dealt with Coronavirus and a ton of injuries this year. It's tough to know how good this team really is because of those injuries and the crazy state of the world at the moment.

I'm gonna give him the benefit of the doubt especially with some personal things he's dealt with. I don't think it is fair to be extremely harsh on him. He has shown time and time again that he can go on a run and still give something to our program.

I wish Mr. Travinski well. Big loss.

So sick of these excuses. The other Top 10 ranked SEC schools had to deal with Corona same as us. We've had weak pitching staffs for years, and tons of injuries. Time for change

I'm sorry but was LSU the only team dealing with Covid? Or injuries?

Then he should quit.

2017 is an outlier thanks to 3 best friends who came back to play for each other. That saved him a few more years. 2013 and 2015 weren't "runs." Those were teams that failed to meet expectations. 2016 was actually his best coaching year in the last decade. It's been kinda shitty outside of that.

Also Oregon State would have done to us what they did in 2018, if they didn't bench their ACE in 2017 Omaha.

I know it's frustrating but all I'm saying is that I still think Coach has one more rabbit foot somewhere. He has gone on big time runs and I am not willing to give up on that yet. We can still salvage this season. Coach has done it before. Believe. Plus we have some sisters of the poor coming up on the schedule. With a good run we could get a spot in the Tournament where anything can happen.

Not done yet.

how often does a non-pitcher tear a UCL? Geez. Such bad luck.

Sophomore. He was out last summer with a knee injury and now this. He's losing a lot of valuable reps.

I want to be respectful to Hayden in this thread so I won't dive to deep but I'll say this, corona robbed us of a ton of development and it sucks and it has reared its head this year

Where is the poster that says defensive catching is over rated? He doesn't need an arm, just a glove, right?
