Came in under a ton of pressure, no out with runners on 1st and 3rd, and got us out of the inning intact. If not for his heroic performance we probably don't even have the chance for a comeback.

Agree. Plus the crowd was ragging him bad on his foot taps.

And he dealt with the toe-tap-counting very well. I’m sure he’s NEVER pitched in front of a crowd that did that.

Haha I don't blame them. I was counting how many times he taps his toe before each pitch myself. Seems like it ranges between 4 - 6 and in very rare occasions he taps 3 times.

The announcers thought he was tapping 5 for a fastball & 3 for a breaking ball, LOL.
