Hopefully that shop has sailed with Ed. And he was a hell of a lot more qualified to be head coach than Frank is.
I have to believe this isn’t nothing more than the Rant being the Rant and no sane person, including Verge, would seriously consider hiring Frank as head coach.

Can we just see how the guy performs and what level of work this football program needs to actually win?
The sky is not falling because an interim head coach who hasn't even had a game in charge of our team could POTENTIALLY be a candidate in a search that seems likely to drag into the bowl season.

Not sure how blind/short sighted you are that you can’t see the push to give a top 5 job in college football to someone with a losing record at the FCS level, or the damage that would do to LSU.
