Seems that if Ben Simmons was the run away rookie of the year (not that hard this year) then coach jj would look even worse if possible and be gone already. This has got to be the worst stretch of games I can remember watching LSU basketball play in my lifetime.

There is no saving Johnny Jones.

You are right that it could make him look even worse though.

Joel Embiid has played 31 games and just injured his knee. So I doubt a guy who played in less than half of the total games wins ROY

Give it up. JJ was never going to be fired this year mid season. Unlike football, there is nothing to salvage.

Whole E Chit.

I didn't think it was possible for someone to be so fricking stupid.

You need to get off the internet and KYS. Please do not pass your genes along.

Even if you thought something so stupid, you shouldn't put it on the internet for the whole world to see your stupidity. Good lawd.

Its impossible for Jones to look any worse aside from some personal matter like Petrino.
Johnny Jones had Ben Simmons and Blakeney and couldnt make the ncaa tourney

The two events are not related. If Simmons was healthy and won ROTY it wouldn't change the state of the program which is abysmal.

The point is Ben was the most talented incoming freshman ever at LSU and the team could not make the tournament. His absence from lighting up the NBA has prevented the nightly highlight as to how horrible a coach Jones is. But since nobody is allowed to just bring up a topic for discussion I guess I will not ask the above idiots to even engage in a hypothetical discussion. Carry on with your "perfect" lives.

I get your point.

If Ben were playing in the NBA scoring 20 points a night, people would say, "Damn, you had that guy last year and your team still sucked. You are even worse than your abysmal current record reflects."
