Looking forward to him chasing down Jordan Travis anytime he attempts to escape out of the pocket or extend the play. We need Savion to create a lot of pressure off the edge and the interior guys to collapse the pocket as well.

I think you're a year early on this. If LSU history tells us anything, it's that he'll have a great year this season and then next season get into off the field trouble or get injured.
As for those who are worried he'll be schemed out of the game, it's much easier to scheme him out of the game as a pin your ears back stand up rush end than a middle linebacker. Also, his impact getting after the quarterback will not be felt if LSU can't stop the run, which they couldn't do against Faggie and UGA.

This was the biggest TRAVESTY of last season. The fact that the coaching staff didn’t play HP earlier enough and especially in the first half of the Tennessee game when he was dynamic the game before. Coaches are tasked with identifying and utilizing talent as best as they can and I don’t believe they did that with HP in the first half of the season and then he made excuses as to why they didn’t.

They're not infallible, bubba.
Hell, even vastly superior coaches (in the NFL) made the same mistake for years with Micah Parsons (who, gladly, is now a full-time edge).
