I don't think Sankey has been earning his $5 million dollar salary when he admitted today in court that "I have not read the 5 for 5 policy passed by the NCAA." That is a pretty good starting point for him losing his job.

The NCAA did this by passing the 5 to play 5 then screwing the 4 year guys. I don't see how the NCAA/SEC can win. They created their own monster.

It’s going to be a mob mentality demanding blood from LSU and Lane. Some components of the mob will have enormous money and political push behind them. Really have no idea how this will play out over the long haul, but all us LSU fans better develop some thick skin.

Y.A. Tittle - Come on man. I was hoping to never see or hear of that ref ever again. He was in on dozens of game changing calls against LSU over the years. Now the picture of his face will be in my head all day like a song you don't really like but keep hearing.....

I do not think Sankey will be around next year. He was awful on the stand, contradicted himself, didn't even know the rules on the 5 for 5. It is clear of his vendetta as well. If the SEC is smart, they will withdraw this case with quickness. I don't think it is a good look, but I do think that if LSU counters, they are going to win bigly. I for one am all for it too. Tired of the Alabama run SEC.

If so, I think LSU has a great case to sue the SEC. Talk about damaging a brand. Unless there is stuff that none of us know about yet, the SEC has purposely led the media to believe that LSU is the bad guy here. Look at Facebook, almost every story is how rogue judge sided with LSU, when LSU wasn't even involved in the hearing. Sankey and the SEC did this purposely. I think the Judge alluded to this when he said he did see some damages. LSU has been damaged by this in the eyes of the public, all due to the SEC. There is a huge case, imo, and LSU will win.

I don't think we will. They know all eyes will be on them, and Liz has alluded to this. I could be wrong, but they just aren't going to be able to be blatant like some think. The gloves are off now.
