We lost 41-7 at an 8-5 Auburn team just 3 seasons ago.

When are people going to stop mentioning this game like it's even vaguely relevant?

Why does a self-proclaimed Tulane fan quibble over semantics regarding an opinion about LSU ?

Not even close to worse loss ever. Miami of Ohio beating a legit top 10 LSU at home was a much worse loss.

Why argue with a Tulane fan, a 100 years from now, their team would still be irrelevant?

When the game was over, did you have the same look on your face that your boy Ben Affleck had in your avatar?

MSU beating us 37-7 is more pathetic than one of Bama's best teams in history beating us 21-0 IMO.

Actually no. This loss was so bad I couldn't help but laugh. I was so shocked it was almost comedic.

The defense actually showed up for the game. Last Saturday not so much.

It's the worst, it's the most embarassing when you consider the number of first round and second round draft picks in this LSU class.

In a regular game, maybe. On the biggest stage...we will disagree. 21-0 was the worst LSU loss imho, and I have been around a day or two.

That UAB loss in 2000 wasn't fun either

I believe it is. That Team was much more experienced than this team, save one position (qb)) Miss st. is more likely than not a 8-5 team or better this year. That what AU's record was. I don't see how it's not relevant. When you play as much youth as lsu is playing, they are just like brandon harris was at his position. Inexperienced. It showed in that game.

Freshman at safety, lb, olb, couldn't set the edge, bit on play action, had a ball thrown over their head for a t.d.

Freshman on the line missed blocking assignments.

Why is it expected for a true freshman not to play well at qb but not expected at other positions?

Auburn was rated #5 in the nation when they beat us 41-7. MSU was not a #5.

We lost to Houston 20-7 in 1999. I hate the "worst EVER" and "best EVER" comments that are made now every time something bad or good happens. We have 100% had worse losses than State Saturday night.
