Wasn’t it due to the depleted line not being ready/healthy enough to handle the up tempo/blocking?
And the motion guys not prepared to run the offense efficiently?

I'm surprised Hanny is bringing up old stuff and hopefully it'll be forgotten water under the bridge if the offense is good this year.

But wasn't it specifically halftime of the Troy game? I seem to recall we floundered for the first half and came out with no Canada motions after halftime.

I'm still not crazy about Burrow running as much as or more than last year. He's not too elusive or fast, and he doesn't mind contact. We may have to find out sooner rather than later if Brennan's ready.

Also not crazy about running Burrow more than needed to keep the D honest. 6 to 8 times a game should be plenty.

If we’re gonna cry about being in a tough conference or call losing 2+ games a season in that conference a “home run,” LSU needs to just join the big 12 and get it over with.

Of course, I’ve been here long enough to remember that Les didn’t get the luxury of that consideration when he was here. It seems it only applies for many of you now that O is coach.

Well how else would you know how much he doesn't care if he didn't come here to tell you about it in all caps?

Honestly, even though I suspect this did in fact happen...........IDGAF today.

I'm interested in the fall. Either we will be getting shite right or we won't.

Nothing about the Canada season will matter either way.

Doesn't check out.
I get twice the occurrence of sacks after tMeddle.

First 3 games
1.3 sacks/ game

last 10 games
2.6 sacks/ game

"Any idiot can win 10 games at LSU" was the rally cry for everyone that hated Les at the end. Now it's a homerun to win 10?

That's serious. And Game 3 was the annihilation at Moo St.

If this is true, who can trust O to be in charge of the team?

So, where does the fault lie for hiring Canada in the first place? If all you said is true.

Pretty sure he already addressed that.

Different quarterback, OL and RB situation. We had Guice at that time. You get him the ball at all cost Likewise , we had a better O line , so quit shifting and line up and run a play. Finally, no need to run Ettling bc he was all we had at the QB position. Canada’s issuenis jot hisnoffense, it’s his play calling. He was all or nothing. He had well designed shifts, formations and plays but sometimes called them (inside the 15) at poor times.
