The #Falcons have requested to interview #LSU co-offensive coordinator Cortez Hankton for their vacant OC job under Raheem Morris, sources say. He helped develop Malik Nabers and Brian Thomas, two potential 1st round picks.

This is not serious. They want him as their WR coach.

I like it when the NFL thinks our coaches are so good they might want to hire them.

To put it another way, I'd be disappointed if nobody even considers hiring our coaches because they think our guys suck.

Maybe its a way to get Hankton a job and not forced as a Co-OC!

I doubt this co-oc situation lasts more than a year. If it works at least one gets hired away to be the sole oc somewhere. If it doesn't both get fired.

The titles are just for pay raises

Kelly is the OC
Sloan is the QB coach
Hankton is the WR coach

Let’s hire a college guy who’s never called plays before. Brilliant Raheem

Maybe as WR coach. Rumor has it he is looking at the Rams QB coach to go with him as his OC

Frankly I found it strange that ATL re-hired him. This time as the actual HC. You don’t normally see that but it’s trending. Firings and re-hirings I mean. In the past it was really unheard of. That being said….. think Morris hiring new faces is likely.
