Gymnastics National Semifinal Thread/LSU knocked out of semi finals

Cal was just pulled from the floor for COVID related concerns but now everyone is back out after being 'cleared'.

That vault by Loper was great but no way you can give it a 10 with a slightly deep landing and a clear hop. Haleigh's gotta stick now if she wants to win vault.

floor scores very loose on the other hand. That is not a 9.9 for George.

Generous scoring on floor but bars are tight, although Florida did not help themselves. Only a couple of their routines were legit. They have been better.

To be honest, that could be good for us! Higher scores for us on floor and kinda low for everyone on bars.

Beam was a little bit high, although the gymnasts did a great job of hiding their small mistakes.

I just saw Lynzee Brown scored just a 9.90 on bars. Yikes if that judging stays, the LSU team may not break 9.90 on bars. Which brings me to my point of I hope the team isnt following this session.

I mean bars was a weak spot for us. It would do more damage towards teams who actually thrive off of big bar scores
Still have to be on our game later.

Payton Richards has not looked on her game this season. Pressure's on but the rest of their lineup is solid as can be so I think Florida will be fine.
