Oh good! That really gives us our best chance imo. There were a few girls in the afternoon session that stuck their yurchenko fulls and were given 9.9s so at least we know the judges will put up 9.9s for the full. Who knows, maybe Jay could’ve seen that and decided to put Konnor in again.

That vault lineup surprises me. I really thought they would go with Konnor. She’s been very dialed in lately and Courtney has been struggling. Hope it all works out!
Was anyone at the meet on Friday? Who did the exhibitions for vault and how did they look? I was just curious since they didnt show them on the broadcast. I’m guessing that we’re going with Lexi, Konnor, Victoria, Amari, Kaliya, and Kailin for post season. I’m still so sad about Chase not being able to vault even on senior night.

Not their best, but they still managed to beat Alabama’s bars scores and bama is #2 in the nation on bars. I’ll take it.

I think that they definitely get over scored A LOT!! But also, KJ may put the recruits through extensive mental and physical tests while recruiting. She may know how to sense weakness in the recruits and filter those kids out. I don’t know, but I’m actually kind of scared of her lol!
Hopefully they will rest Chio (and whoever else needs it) for next week. I think we go against Auburn so we should win the meet easily.

Trying to figure out if Jay was more irritated with the scores or the athletes (or both). It wasn’t their best, but still not bad overall. It seemed to be a down week for everyone. Glad we have some depth to deal with maybe some fatigue/injuries.
I hope Konnor and Amari can get out of their heads going forward. Their scoring potential is so high and they are too talented for this to be happening.

She is definitely NOT my favorite announcer. Lyn might be better than her! And yes they should definitely not be so opinionated about the scores. He didn’t say anything about Missouri’s over scores. Drives me nuts!
Anastasia always mentioning that she shared the vault national title with Haleigh lol! She says it every time they talk about Haleigh. Makes me chuckle.

If that is so well known about their floor, they need to do something about it. That is unacceptable! The NCAA should step in and make them do something about it…that’s a major safety issue.
I totally agree about Konnor. I think Nina did an awesome job last week and probably should’ve competed (unless she was injured). Kylie would’ve also been a great one to step in, but I guess hindsight is 20/20.

I think they will improve. I’m still pretty confident in this team. I think this will light a fire under them. I don’t want them to peak too early.
