I am still in awe, that was our best meet in school history. We had a national title on 3 of the 4 events. Edney a true freshman, won a national title beating out bugs, skinner, McMurtry, Nichols, that is insane.

Whats crazy is the entire night, not one team was even close. We still got this score with room to improve on bars. To break the record for highest score ever is an accomplishment. There have been a lot of teams that have competed in this over the years, so much talent.

This was one for the record books and one that I will always remember. I cannot ever remember DD's team coming out with so much confidence in my life. You can clearly see how much they believe in each other and how much they believe that they deserve it.

I am excited for tomorrow night. Lets make school history tomorrow girls.

They really stuck everything except for bars. Tighten that up and we take it home.

I'm sad I missed out, since baseball was going on at the same time. Hope we can replicate this performance tomorrow and make history.

I also hate to be that guy but I watched the first semi and its a crime that Skinner got the same score as Gnat. Its absolutely ridiculous.

I am curious if she is going to say anything. For those who don't know Skinner is a really talented gymnast from Utah, she is an exciting athlete to watch but what sad is she is probably the poorest sport in the country, she has an attitude that she is better than everyone else, its why she gets so much back lash lately.

After Kayla Ross won freshman of the year in the PAC 12, she went on a re-tweeting rampage and posted about how its disgraceful it was that Ross won it and how she didn't earn it. The staff at Utah caught it and forced her to take it down immediately, she got booed earlier today because of it.

I've already worked my way through Big Moe, HAWK, and ESG.

I'm tired of looking for songs. I'm on UGK now, I can just RonCo that shite, set it and forget it.

Yall, I can't get over what happened tonight. I have watched every LSU meet in person or streaming (or audio back in the day) since the 2002 season. THEY HAVE NEVER BEEN THIS GOOD! I pray they can repeat this tomorrow. It will be hard to be this good again but there IS room for improvement. We can repeat that floor performance. Vault can be improved, even if some of the sticks aren't sticks tomorrow we can have better vaults by Finnegan, Harrold and/or Gnat. Bars is the biggest area to improve. We absolutely HAVE to stick one more dismount. Finnegan and Priessman can't be expected to do it all. Hambrick is the likeliest stick but Zamardi stuck in practice and Harrold was doing well before leaving. We need one or more of them to stick. That 49.4 mark on bars is extremely important. It will be hard to improve on beam so the girls just need to relax and do exactly what they did tonight which is what they do in practice. Nothing more, nothing less. We looked so much better than ANYONE else tonight but tomorrow is a new night. We have to do it one more time.

By the way, I thought the scoring for us was very fair. OU was over-scored on floor by at least 2 tenths. So we beat Oklahoma by more than the score shows, IMO. Florida was closer than OU but they still needed a major error from us. I just hope the girls ride this wave tomorrow.

We have the exact same rotation order tomorrow. The girls know they can go out and start on fire on floor and they know they can end on beam with 5 scores of 9.9 or better. That is such a positive.

I loved when everyone said we didn't have a shot to beat OU.

LSU has looked liked and performed like the best team in the country this entire last month.

Lsu is in a good position. I don't think it's realistic to have that high of a score on floor again, as good as we are, that 49.7 type score is crazy but we are more than capable!

Vault has been extremely tight. If we can get Harold or Finnegan we could potentially add another 9.900

Bars is key! If Ruby hit her handstand like she normally does from her unique release, she's around 9.85-9.875. Hopefully she can stick or minimize a hop tomorrow. Miya can hit a big score as well, if she sticks her landing she is at a 9.900 easy!

I loved how confident we were on beam! We are so sure of everything we did. I didn't see what happened to edney on her routine.

Edney had two or three small bobbles on beam...she also clipped the low bar at some point...I didn't see that but there were some former LSU gymnasts behind us who said that... that vault though!!!
