Guilbeau states the case for Bianco

Bianco does not enjoy the recruiting advantages at Ole Miss like he would at LSU, which still benefits from the TOPS (Taylor Opportunity Program for Students, named after late businessman Patrick Taylor) scholarship program. There are other quality baseball programs in Louisiana, but no giant like Mississippi State.
"Oh, God yes, he'd recruit better at LSU than Ole Miss," one insider said Tuesday.
Bianco and assistant coaches Carl Lafferty (pitching) and Mike Clement (hitting) may be the best trio of coaches in the SEC at developing players as well: premium recruits as well as the average to above-average prospects.
If Bianco is not named coach in the coming day or days, it could be because LSU is taking swings at two coaches about to be in Omaha – two-time national champion Vanderbilt coach Tim Corbin and rising Tennessee coach Tony Vitello, who makes just $600,000 a year at the moment.

Those two top 2 recruiting classes the last fives years are definitely why he keeps losing in the post season.
