granted, i haven't seen much film on burrows

but from what I saw, all linked here on the rant, mostly spring game and high school, burrow had the big trait that we're looking for in a qb- he was able to keep his eyes downfield looking for the open receiver.
I remember when we played texas tech and the Mahomes kid was qb'ing. I was very impressed that no matter how much pressure we got on him he stayed focused downfield. generally, GENERALLY, this quality is married with the ability to deliver the ball on target.
that's why I can get excited about the thought of burrows coming.
having said that, I still have hopes that brennan can have that if the game will slow down for him.

I have not seen any film on Burrow, but I am enjoying this circus immensely.

Look up the Ohio State 2018 spring game on YouTube, plenty enough to see he’s better than every QB we have.

B & B (Killer Bee's) should be a great 1-2 "Passing QB" threat that LSU hasn't had in a long time; 2 QB's that can actually throw it and not "Glorified running backs trying to play QB in the SEC".
Still won't believe it until he announces.

Honestly, I don't see any way that Burrows could live up to the expectations at this point...the hysteria here has been nothing short of shocking.

That’s because some fans...particularly the O pumpers...are blindly and desperately hoping something/someone will bail LSU out because they know without knowing that the program is in SERIOUS trouble.

I agree Roger. The prospect of a 4 star Qb coming from another top program and joining our team is reason for excitement. QB completion gives us a chance to get better.
