There’s a lot missing in the transcript...like what the offer was ...and if any transaction took place. What if he later got fed up with the whole thing and told the guy to take a hike? We just don’t know. Does it look bad on the surface? Ya. Look it’s really simple, the guy is a great coach, but yes cheating is cheating no matter what your grey area meter might be. So I guess it comes down to the old jumping off the bridge thing, if everyone’s doing it then...Can we not just hire better people that hire great coaches that don’t have to even fudge the line? Just asking

It's patently obvious who the "deployed" posters on this board are.

I'm just giving my opinion. If you can point out some clean programs that are capable of winning P5 conference championships and making it to a sweet 16 here and there I'm all for learning.
