Is that’s what happening at these games? Grown men are going up to peoples daughters telling them to suck there dick bitch???

Your brain has no grasp of reality. You don’t like the chant and think it’s trashy ok fine no big deal and I respect that opinion... but to try and relate it to this is grasping for straws and makes you sound desperate to justify your opinion on something. Try again

The Fact that you think you are some stellar allstar out of this world parent because you keep kids away from hearing the word dick or bitch yelled at a football game is laughable. Local high school games is 10X worse. Go to a grocery store in BR or walk to your car in the parking lot of the mall and would bet you hear language 10x worse than this.
For all you pussies that call fans trashy for yelling this are probably the ones sitting in your double wides wishing you were somebody in this world. We look trashy on TV? No urban myer and his BS and Ohio state fans backing him looks trashy. Penn state bull shite is trashy and despicable. A Chant with curse words is seen at every university in this great country. Get over it and worry about shite that actually matters.

The fact that you use the actions of pre-pubescent teens to justify adults acting like pre-pubescent teens is very telling. Then you call fans trailer trash bc you want to act like trailer trash.

The admin that won’t let them play ift are only doing themselves a disservice. It’s like taking a kids toy away and they will throw a tantrum. Play the damn song or pretty soon the student section will be chanting STTDB to the pregame and calling BR.

And the first time the band plays the song it is going to be the loudest it has ever been chanted. If the band would have played it at the right time last week the dawgs would have shut down.

I would say your kids just don’t have your respect as a parent and authority figure if you can not handle the situation in tiger stadium over a chant to raise them responsibly

I would say that you would need to know the ages of said children before your were able to draw that type of conclusion.

No, I don't believe that, but I will say that in my lifetime I've seen a direct correspondence between education level and the use of foul language.

I once had a friend who worked in the timber business. He worked in the woods, all day everyday, around nothing but men. The language he used was atrocious, so much so that I couldn't invite him to anything at my home because he couldn't turn it off when he was off the clock.

Anyone who denies the direct correlation between educated/non educated individuals and the use of foul language hasn't spent much time in lower income neighborhoods across our nation.

these snowflakes on here that have a problem with it think the students are directly yelling these words to 5 year old kids I agree with you, I’m not going to say that in front of my kids or anybody’s kids in a small crowd, but if I’m a drunk student, at a football game... , you’re damn right I’m yelling it

This is also being obtuse, if you are yelling it in public where other people including kids can hear the effect is similar to yelling it at the kids.

If you were yelling it at a party at the frat house and people complain because they drive and their kids could hear it, then it would be on them because not a public setting like the game

Now, if I knew I was gonna have kids with me at the game, I wouldn't buy ticket near the student section.

If you could only hear it near the student section it would not be an issue

What’s your deal with the word obtuse?

Did you just learn this word and are trying to incorporate it in your everyday vocabulary?

Having the student section sound like ignorant trash on national TV, is this something that makes toy feel proud? You're a poor representation of LSU, when you grow up and mature you will feel the same way as many of us on the opposite side of this issue.

So not a trashy thing to say! Love it when people try to argue its so trashy yet go straight to saying frick you blah blah blah

And your trash brain cannot fathom the difference between words on a message board and words screamed loudly by hundreds or thousands of people.

That’s one of the many stupid narratives repeated by the sttdb crowd.

What’s this board obsession with calling people trash

That’s very obtuse as HTownTiger says

say what you want but on a national stage it makes the student section, school, and fans seems a little more trashy than we would without it

Not my kids, you degenerate clown.

The people that chant that lack class and manners. There have always been such people, but the broader public held itself to a higher standard, by choice.

Now licentiousness rules the day, and people with higher standards of behavior are made to feel outcasts.

It's just not a good look. It's neither funny nor clever. And by your logic, literally anything can/should be said in a public environment with no tip of the hat to even a modicum of civility.

Let's just bring back "ha ha ha ha ha...assholes, assholes" and call it a compromise.

Calling someone an a-hole is not clever

Telling someone to suck a tiger Dick... now that’s clever
