Same thing was said about Jayden 2 years ago. Just saying

Jayden has 2022 Alabama ole miss Florida and first half of UGA against their first string to point to in 2022. There were games he was elite it was just inconsistent
Joe has 2018 ole miss uga tamu to point to.
Nuss has…..individual throws? 2022 seccg vs UGAs second string? What game against SEC competition did he stand out.
He’s got two more games to show it. I hope he turns it around.

No comparison. Nuss is a turnover machine and has thrown a ridiculous amount of passes to be saying he needs more experience. He’s not that guy

He has been on the bench 2-3 years, recruited by Ed Orgeron for heavens sake he has had a long time to be better, and his father is a former college QB coach now NFL QB coach. He just isn’t talented enough for SEC play, he gets worse as season goes on.

Let's put on some waders and see if we can slog through some of this.
2018: OM was terrible. They went 1-7 in the SEC. I wouldn't flag that game as anything special. Joe was 15-30 for 200 yds vs UGA. He played well. Great win but we're criticizing Nuss for 50% passing now. Joe played really well down the stretch vs A&M and UCF.
2022: Anyone paying attention knew OM was overrated early on. They would drop 5 of their last 6. Similarly UF - they would finish with a losing record. Jayden played well in both but neither were marquee wins. Jayden threw for 182 yds vs Bama. Much like Joe vs UGA in '18, great win. Dramatic and Jayden was clutch. But statistically, nothing special. And UGA in the SECCG. I don't think Jayden played bad. But we had 10 pts and he threw an int on like our 25 that led to an UGA TD.
It seems as if you gone out of your way in an attempt to flag every so called '18 and '22 positive while failing to give due mention of the positives from '24.
Our wins vs USCe, Arky, and OM will likely prove as impressive as any three wins of either '18 or '22. Nuss was as clutch in OT vs OM as Jayden was vs Bama. And we imploded after the Bama win in '22 losing 3/4 just as we did after the OM win this year.
The reason we hold Joe and Jayden in such high regard is how they played in their 5th season. Nuss's 5th season is TBD.

To his defense they have to BLOCK! BUT even when they do- NUSS holds the ball to long and get them killed

The ticket is he can't run and LSU can't run the ball. With a running game and a clean pocket Nuss would look much better.

Tell me you don't know anything about football without saying you know nothing about football.

You see the truth. It's a team thing. No defense, no OL protection, no running game, and stone hand receivers like Hilton and Lacey will cause a QB to look bad most of the time.

Right now, Nuss is just this weird combination of Deer in a headlight and “I can make that throw into triple coverage.”
When his first read is open side is al all-pro
