They have a ton of starters coming back it will be a tough game. Hopefully we pull it out and win late.

I heard from yesterday's media day that FSU has offensive line problems which hopefully our D-line can keep the QB looking up at the Superdome roof all night. BK says he wants to play smart, physical and Tigers run and tackle on defense. Sounds like good news to the Tigers to me. But UCLA in their "sissy blue" sure shocked me last season.

Ohhhh shhiiiittttt July is in full swing. We are making predictions of 30 point victories out of a team we havent seen play, from a QB that hasnt led a real victory, coached by a coaching staff that we dont really know, playing a team that we dont know much about.

Tis a wonderful time of the year!!

Agree. Anything can happen for this game. The Rant smack talkers always emerge before the 1st game of every season. It's just mindless testosterone

I heard Kelly refer to the FSU team as a bunch of sissy maroon shirts...

A bunch of our players checked out. Social justice… bad coaching.. no idea.
Shows how you have to at absolutely the top of your game or you get blown out.

But I also know that we as LSU fans often overload our asses with our mouth.

We do not!!!!

That's the beauty of a brand new season on the horizon. We can daydream about all the possibilities.

FSU will set the tone for the season and we'll know what we have after that game. Probably most important game of the season for that reason alone.

I actually had a nightmare last night that we lost 40-7. Woke up pissed off today

This is awesome. Gotta love a fan base that dreams about LSU football months in advance, then wakes up pissed about the imagined disappointment.

Bring it. I hope you’re a season ticket holder. When you attend, you stay the whole game, don’t you?

I thought the same thing last year vs ucla. I will have to see it to believe it now.

We should be a lot better just with coaching.

I’m with you on this one. The trip to Pasadena is still too fresh in my mind. Same hype.

I could see this being within 14 in the first half but us pulling away with something like 49-21

LOL... We heard that from someone last year for UCLA. Sure, we will be much more prepared and we will be stronger in the weight room due to the new coaches and strength staff, where a change should have been made years ago.

BK will have us ready and I think the score will be 38-17

FSU is terrible. They lost to Jax State. If we can't beat them we should opt out until 2023.

Payback for that ND-field-goal-in-OT loss from last year coming. Sorry LSU!

know that some may say it doesn't mean that much, but the travel to UCLA last year hurt the team more than some might think.
lol no, O and his terrible coaches didn’t have the team prepared mentally or physically that hurt LSU

Unfortunately I'm not a season ticket holder - I live in dallas.

One day I will be though!

I was guilty of leaving early a few games in college due to blackout-ness

Yeah they have a few dudes but LSU should easily win this game although I’m sure the score will be close. If we can tackle and contain their QB, we will have no issue… I predict 24-20 type of game.

How
Because they had to go to Dallas and shack up there in the week leading up to the game because of what (another frickin hurricane) or some stupid weather event like that.
