and officially the best stadium in the country.

Per Chris Fowler’s Instagram story at the 9 minute mark.

Maria Taylor says it’s better because “it’s seismic, I feel like it’s an earthquake every time. And they are never out of it. They are loud the entire time, and angry. Very proactive crowd, like they don’t need to get anything out of it. They don’t need the scoreboard to show anything. All game, it’s just sound.”

It was a relaxed interview so the wording is more scattered than a more professional interview would be.

What’s makes Penn St entire experience is everyone and I mean everyone has a pom pom and is wearing white thats it..

LSU has the aura around playing at night and the entire crowd is drunk and loud the whole time. Including the tailgating before the game.

The white out just looks so good on TV. That's what makes it a thing.

I think having about 50,000 gold Pom Poms would look pretty cool. The white ones at Penn State looked great.

Real men, women, and children don’t require a pompom at a sporting even. In fact, besides a wallet, the only thing a man needs in his back pocket at a game is a flask.

I was gonna make a post about this this morning, I watched both videos on Kirks twitter of the two games and the noise at LSU's was so much louder it wasn't even close. Penn ST just has coordination of wearing all white and singing a couple tunes together but that was as probably as loud as they got, when the game hadn't even started, we got louder and louder each quarter

They all spoke very highly of the whiteout. Given that they feel so strongly about Penn State, liking Death Valley at night more is a major endorsement from people that have experienced both.

Not gonna lie, I hate the gold towels at this point against Bama because they’re bad luck. But 100000 gold towels waving was bad arse

At the end, Kirk mentions they were going to Columbus, but then Wisconin lost.

I agree - no Pom poms in TS! I’ve always preferred clutched fists raised forward in unison toward the visitors.
