I hope that picture was taken after he signed RocNation to represent him and not some time ago sporting the new Rolex on his wrist.
I hope he did due diligence in hiring JayZ to represent his best interest, and hopefully it all works out, but personally I think he could have done way better. Either way I'm very proud of LF and how he represented LSU the last 3/ years with class.

Prolly since our best player, generational talent, and supposed unbelievable teammate and person skipped an event recognizing the accomplishments of his team and teammates to aggrandize himself.

idk I can't blame the guy for feeling a once in a lifetime thing was a bigger deal than raising a toast to the throw away season that was. I doubt anyone on the team was miffed by it either.

But that once in a lifetime you speak of could have waited 2 weeks. I'll tell ya what is a once in a lifetime...an awards banquet with your college teammates and a last game as an LSU tiger. O well

maybe...but this is probably the most we've ever discussed this banquet. Suddenly, its the litmus test for judging guy's loyalties. I doubt its the first time someone has missed it due to a conflicting schedule.

Other players didn't skip to go sign away their eligibility BEFORE THE SEASON IS OVER. And LF isn't just an "other player". Dude is the face of LSU football and couldn't even make a fricking banquet to honor his team who has given it all for him to succeed.

they are seriously reaching

other players have missed/skipped the banquet in previous years and other skipped this year

injured players routinely do not travel with the team if there is 0% chance of them playing

yet Fournette is held at a different standard? I don't get it

well you're a moron because the guy tried multiple times to return from the injury only to continually re-aggravate the injury. He could have shut it down much earlier. Seriously, assholes like you are going to attack his character at the drop of a hat without any facts and then demand 100% loyalty and dedication?

Blame Les for the initial injury and not only not sitting him but handing him the ball 28 fricking times against Miss St to save his own arse.

So you're saying it's selfish reasoning, contradicting your earlier statements in this thread. His season may be over but his teams is not, so be there to support them until the end.

It's logical reasoning. And he should be selfish. It is his career.

you mean a logical assumption? maybe

but does his presence define "supporting"?

if he isn't playing, why travel with the team? they are limited with the number of players that are able to travel why not let someone else have his spot that normally wouldn't be able to go? seems pretty unselfish to me
