No matter how much you want it to be true, you don’t win a title by accident. There is luck involved in every title season. O gets all the credit in the world for that. As you have seen there are 100s of ways to mess things up and he pressed all the right buttons.

0 did exactly that. He has no fricking clue what led to 2019, which is why his dumbass had the nerve to say the 2020 defense was better than the 2019, and al he could say about the offensive strategy was "yaw yaw yaw 2019 joe brady yaw yaw yaw." He is fricking clueless and just happened to be the head coach at the time. His tenure at Ole Miss, and his time here without Joe Burrow is who he is

Coach speak has nothing to do with his failure maintain success outside of a generational talent at QB. He is incapable of running a program. How much more proof do you need?

10 years down the road your ilk will still be mad about how he “disrespected aranda” with some meaningless coach speak that every one else including Dave will have long since forgotten about.

Yea, one comment is definitely the only thing 0 did wrong here and is definitely why I know he's a garbage coach. It is certainly only that one comment and nothing else.

Isn’t he the same guy who bitched about Les Miles too?
You act as if he’s an outlier on this

O isn't the reason the transfer portal is available. Kelly is lucky that it is available so he can build back the mess quicker. O didn't have 36 players available in his first bowl game.

If Blackwell could have blocked somebody we may have beat Bama in 2012 National Championship game!

He’s salty he didn’t get a shot in the NFL and projects that on others. Glad he’s a Tiger fan, but dude is definitely a negative Nancy.

For God sakes we only had 38 damn scholarship players for our bowl game.
The most amazing part of our roster issues is that they happened following a year where nobody lost any eligibility. Think about that.

I will grant you some of those points, but O's roster management has been a lot worse than Miles.
Even as bad as we are, I still think 19 was worth it.

You don’t remember when state scored 40 something on that aranda D bc we had to play a bunch of walk ons on the D line? You memory is not good if you don’t. Both lines were in utterly terrible shape when O took over.
You seem to forget Orgeron was added to the staff in the spring of 2015, and he was recruiting coordinator for over a year before he took over as head coach. He ran off some bad DL true (Bain, the unicorn, the guy who threw someone through glass) but if he gets credit for landing Arden Key and K.Chaisson, he is just as responsible for the DL mess in 2017 when were getting run over by Miss State and Troy.
And you know he's the problem when he took like 20 DL recruits in the 2018 class and the majority left the program or were entirely misses.

Would the offense have scored more than it did if the QBS Abdominem was attached to his hip? Highly likely, yes.
Orgeron allowed T.Marshall and A.Gilbert to get benched throughout the Missouri and Miss State games in 2020 because he allowed Mickey to run a revolving door at skill positions with the substitutions. On 3 drives he had T.Marshall on the bench so he could rotate for T.Palmer and K.Moore, and on all of those drives, we scored no points.
Orgeron was terrible at preparing for the 2020 season and he was even worse with managing personnel that took the field for the entire 1st half of games early that season. Very obvious they were treating those games like the spring game because they thought they would win no matter what WRs took the field.

The recruiting coordinator does not pick what players to recruit.
Admittedly he probably relied too heavily on Marucci. Remember Marucci came up with these score that they used to quantify character, and theh leaned heavily on it. Gave tons of props to Marucci and his magic formula for the success of the title season.
Apparently it had some kinks to be worked out. bc it defintiely didn’t work so well since then.
