The rulings are first week of class basic antitrust doctrine. The Sherman Act is in place to protect free trade and oppose limits on free trade. It’s the cornerstone of capitalism.

Shouldn’t apply. College athletics aren’t jobs but extracurricular activities with ample benefits like free educations and world-class training.
