I'm reading the thing and she specifically says what her and her teammate went through then mentions women on campus in general.
1 LSU female tennis player says Guice raped her- I have no inside info on this. But this story is he said she said as of now. She has not become public so I won’t put her name
Another female tennis player, Jade Lewis, was beaten by Davis multiple times. We know this as fact. Case hinges on who at LSU knew at did nothing

Lsu dismissed Drake and he was criminally prosecuted. What more can LSU do?
the question to ask is “did LSU follow the proper protocols regarding Title IX?”
everything else is window dressing.
players’ guilt or innocence is actually not nearly as relevant. Suspensions and kicking off team also don’t really matter as much.
Was Title IX compliance office notified immediately upon any allegations becoming known by a staff member?
Did Title IX office then take proper steps from that point forward.
the answers to those two questions will weigh more heavily on what happens to LSU than anything else in this case.
I would hope any conversation with Title IX would be done in some form of writing and is strictly documented and not just a verbal discussion with no backup. That seems like that should be standard “cover your arse” protocol.
If so it seems like an FOIA request should be able to provide proof that LSU followed the proper chain, or not.

Verge did not know of anything until 2018 when she was a non student.
Lsu does not owe a duty to a non-student.
Left wing activist law firms are going to argue otherwise
quote:
“When he told me on the phone that he did not hit her, that’s the information I had at the time,” Ausberry said. “That’s why I made the decision I made at that time. Now, hindsight 20/20, figuring out what’s going on in today’s world, yes, I would have picked up the phone and said, ‘You know what? We’re going to call 911 and figure it out.’”
Not only did Ausberry not call police himself, he didn’t report the allegation to LSU’s Title IX office, nor did he follow up with Davis about the incident. He said he did not think Title IX was applicable because the tennis player was not enrolled at LSU at the time.
Monica Beck, an attorney who specializes in Title IX and sexual violence cases for Fierberg National Law Group, said the tennis player’s status as an LSU student did not diminish Ausberry’s reporting obligation.
“It still should have been reported to the Title IX office,” Beck told The Advocate. “The fact that a student admittedly engaged in egregious dating violence shows that he could pose a harm to other students as well.”
Patel also argued that LSU’s Title IX problems highlight the problems with recent changes to that federal law spearheaded by the U.S. Secretary of Education, Betsy DeVos. Patel said the changes would limit the scope of people on campuses who are required to report complaints of sexual harassment. Patel is part of a major lawsuit against the U.S. Department of Education over the changes to Title IX.
100% political and this girl is undoubtedly on the take with her decision to go public now

She went public when her coaches called her a liar to the world. A lie from the coaches that everyone on the team at the time is calling the coaches out for

What is political about it? Is the girl a liberal operative?
Explain yourself

Also, the Sells said they were never made aware. Well, whoops. Multiple other tennis players came out and said they personally made the Sells aware of the incidents. All her teammates are sharing the article of social media
Yes someone linked to the social media of the girl corroborating it. For those who didn't see it, please use she/her pronouns when referencing her. She requested as much in her twitter header.....
It was obvious from the rest of her posts that she is an unhinged, zealoted, lunatic. You don't have to scroll far down to find her expressing overt hatred for men. Weeks before, she was eviscerating Orgeron for what she considered an insufficiently SJWey response to his player's allegations of a racist encounter with police. That alone shows you she has no credibility as a rational, fair, unbiased or reliable judge/account of how Orgeron and other officials handled issues.
I'm sure you'll be here shortly to explain that Teammate-of-Battered-Woman Syndrome makes girls powerless to stop themselves from behaving like maniacal zealots 2 years after their friend was in an abusive relationship. I take it her lunacy lends credence to her credibility as a witness bc that's how psychology works?

According to him, beating women is ok if the woman later hikes mountains and smiles
Also according to him, coaches not responding to abuse victims is ok if a liberal writes an article about it

Not sure how any of this rambling makes Davis beating her better in your eyes
But once again, the teammates corroborating her story are completely normal people. All of your fricking rambling is talking about another girl, who isn’t a tennis player, who is a completely different girl from the article

Read what I posted, these are left wing activist firms trying to change title IX laws; she and probably some of the other accusers are being used as pawns in their agenda

Other thread on this topic. OP of the thread about the co-author. Second link. Have a look yourself or just take my word for it. Your call.

Doesn't have anything to do with Davis. It has to do with who at LSU knew. You are the one who appealed to the players being corroborating witnesses of coaches knowing. One of the players supposedly corroborating the story being an unhinged lunatic with an irrational axe to grind..... Yeh that's relevant dude.

Google the tennis team. Find players from her team. They are almost all sharing the story on their accounts. I guess they are all unhinged SJWs trying to take LSU down
And once again, the girl linked in the other thread isn’t a tennis player dumbass. Want to eat crow on that?

Ah ok, fair enough if that girl is not a tennis player who was corroborating it. I misread that then.

Y’all need to move on from bashing this girl. You need to pray only the sells knew
But y’all holding this weird motive against the girl we know was beaten makes our entire fan base look like shite

Ok so you believe “left wing activist firms” are using women to either come forward or fabricate sexual assault claims.
You realize a new administration is coming in and likely will restore the Obama era title ix laws, right?
I believe your claims are insane.

You are very emotionally invested in this story. You brought this social media post to the Rant. You have posted in this thread dozens of times to condemn LSU and defend the student. You claim to have known about the allegations a year ago. You purport to know what proof the tennis player's parents have. You purport to know "for a fact" that the tennis player's father called the AD to complain. You intimate that you have other nonpublic information.
What is your connection to the tennis player and her parents? Are you a friend? A professor? A coach? A teammate? A current or former member of the AD? You obviously have some connection to the tennis player and this sequence of events that goes beyond merely reading press reports.

Pretty much everyone accepts she was hit. You keep trying to steer it back to that.
You are holding LSU morally (not just Title IX obligations) responsible for a toxic relationship she chose to participate in time and time again in her off-campus apartment. There is no reasonable counterfactual where but not for LSU's behavior, she wouldn't have been abused. She was an adult who wouldn't go to the police and in fact sabotaged their attempts to charge another adult who she chose to keep seeing. It's so weak to try to impugn LSU on that from a moral ground even if its a clear policy violation.
Girls have agency and its cringy when you act like sports are inherently tied in to a girl's agency or lackthereof to not keep associating with men who will hit them.
