I Can get to the manage button part, once I click manage
It only gives me option to pause or cancel

Sorry to hijack, but can anyone tell me why when I try to login on my ESPN app on firestick using my YouTube tv subscription, it just kicks it back to the “choose provider” screen and doesn’t give me access?

Go check out the thread on the OT board. Someone started one there about a half hour after I posted it here. Anyway, there might be some suggestions to help. Again though, make sure you’re signing in through a web browser, and not the app.
When I signed in through the web, it was actually just opening the YTTV app on my phone, and it wouldn’t work. So, I logged in on my iPad that didn’t have the YouTube TV app installed on it, and it worked fine. Once you login, click on your Icon at the top, then settings, then manage account. From there, you should be able to find it. Hope it works. Good luck.

I had this problem for about a month. Finally decided to just call the ESPN App customer support line, and they had it fixed within a couple of minutes.

Some people have said they’ve had to turn off “family sharing” or one of the add-ons like HBO Max, and then it shows up. Might be worth a try.

Once I had to uninstall the espn app then reinstall it. It was glitching but worked just fine after I did that.

Nope. Doesn’t work for me. After I click on manage, all I can do is pause or cancel.

Looking at this thread, and the one on the OT, it looks like about 90% of people are saying they got the promotion. Some had to work a bit for it, but still got it. I have no clue why it’s not working for some. Has to be some setting on their accounts, but I don’t know what it is. Sorry man.
