Better question why would 6 vs 10 get better ratings than 6 vs 15. Do people think some casual non SEC fans will go ohhh 2 top 10 teams I’ll watch but it was 2 top 15 teams instead would watch something else

It is my understanding that the strength of schedule is only considered by a teams ranking at the end of the season. I don’t think it matters what the team is ranked when you beat them.

When are you casual observers going to realize that we are #10 because we have played ourselves into an achievable path to the playoffs. To get there we have to beat the current #6 team and the likely #1 team. Nobody else has that path available. Ole Miss will have it if we lose to Bama but if we win we cock block them. If we lose any game we are out completely.
If TCU loses then some options open up but right now you have the possibility of Big10, Big12, and ACC champions being undefeated. PAC12 is still irrelevant.

The only thing I feel at this point that would move Bama would be beating someone ahead of them. Just my opinion.

CFP top four could include a two loss Alabama but nobody else. If you truly have the top four Alabama would have to be included. Seriously, are there four teams better than Alabama? Hell no.

The SEC doesn’t deserve but 1 team in and Bama winning the SEC would be undeserving. The SEC is shite. Watch the quality of the games.
