so you are ok with the 2 losses this year?

Are you ok with being too scared with firing a coach?

There are a lot of uncertain things in football, and sometimes you got to make a move.

My god get it through your thick skull. Miles is and always was a terrible coach. Any swinging d&@k could have come in his situation and have the same record or probably better. Larry Coker part 2

Why was KS a hot commodity? Looks like Georgia was trying to hire a Georgia man

One of the hottest coaches last off season Kirby Smart just lost to Vandy and UGa looks awful. All I am saying is we are 50/50 that our next coach will be successful and all we did was fire a coach with the highest winning percentage of any other sec coach at the time he was fired. Miles was a great recruiter and average game day coach. Smart is proving to be a below average game day coach and yet to be determined recruiter. We get one hire of this is a great job. Ask UTenn how it is if that first hire is a bust.

The right call was made. Miles brought that on himself by refusing to adapt and make some changes to better utilize the talent we have. His inability to recruit and or find a someone to coach up a QB also did him in. He was given a fair chance and changed nothing. I'll take my chances with whoever we get. We've underachieved with the talent we've had on some of Miles teams.

Miles won the NC in 2007 3 years after saban and then won SEC and made the NC game in 2011 7 years after saban. So glad an awful coach can do this

You are such an angry little man. Anyone says anything positive about Miles, you bleed like you just got your hymen ripped. He's gone, you can quit your crying.

Just tired of indefatigable apologists who are constitutionally incapable of admitting that they were dead wrong. Years of pious horseshite about Miles' job being safe, how he'll never be fired, how he'll certainly win another title, how he'll retire with the most wins at LSU, how we'll be doomed to the 90s if he ever leaves. All wrong. All rejected by the authorities at LSU. He is indeed gone. Reason won out over maudlin stupidity. I'm ecstatic.

I'm ok with an average of 2-3 loses and winning the SEC Title Game every 5.5 year average since the SEC is very tough. I think every reasonable person would be ok with this.

There's nothing rational about how relentless you attack Miles at all turns. You need to let it go. The guy accomplished more here than anyone else has. None of your bitching will ever change that.

Neanderthal level retard is the belief that Miles was ever a good coach. You know absolutely nothing about football

For a guy who loves stats, you sure don't seem to know any of the important ones. Saban won as many titles in half the time. Mac had more wins. Deitzel had a Heisman winner and an undefeated NC. But yet, you claim Miles accomplished "more" than anyone else. Cultist lunacy.

If Miles had been here less than one recruiting cycle, maybe. You don't win over 100 games in the SEC by being a bad coach.

I've never heard anyone refer to Kirby Smart as a hot coach. He had zero head coaching experience. Idiot.

What is the point of this thread. Georgia shitting the bed has nothing to do with LSU. Tenn and Butch Jobes have nothing to do with LSU. Miles was awful. Quit with this shite.
