You watch too much Pro, Pro Kickers are almost automatic. There’s only 32 in the NFL 20% are let go during the season for missing twice or ex pt. College Kickers there may be 3 each year that are sure fire pro. Ramos is a steady “good” kicker for LSU sheesh dude chill. Btch about something else I’m sure you got a plethora of btch takes.

2nd team DL is working over 2nd team OL

Good. That’s what I like to hear. A lot more rotations on the DL than OL. While some of those dudes may be on 2nd team DL they’ll probably play a lot of meaningful snaps. Nothing better than DL depth.
Excellent point.

Most teams, including UGA, Ohio State, hell the KC Chiefs would be fricked if they had to play their entire 2nd string OL. On that side, you start your best players, and you want to establish continuity with the group in addition.

DL is different, way more situational. Depending on the way the game goes, you could easily see every 2nd team guy play in multiple series. Someone may be a better run stuffer, or better pass rusher, but not as effective in the other aspect.

Nuss is 0-3 on "deep" passes. All over throws.

Most people will say it’s spring and over reaction. But this could end up being a huge deal. It’s year 5 and he’s still struggling to connect on deep balls. Don’t give me getting used to the receivers. He has had all spring for that. If he can’t connect on deep balls consistently, our offense will be in trouble and we won’t be able to use the speed we have at receiver. Very disappointing to see.

He had 3 years to work with Lacy and missed him on every deep throw last year

I won't over react to it. It's spring and you hardly expect the offense to be locked into a rhythm. But this is something that's got to improve this year. Nuss over threw most of his deep balls all season. He got a few to Hilton in stride late in the year but he needs to do better this year. Definitely an ares that was lacking in our offense.

People are saying MVB looking great & they’ve presumably had the same amount of time with WRs.

I like Nuss, it’s early, I’m letting it play out — but MVB was a good pickup & I’m sure he didn’t come here with the intent to warm the bench.

And very worried about Chester

You aren't the only one, he is by far the worst OL on the team.

It was his first year starting. Grace is a powerful thing. Hopefully he leaned where he was deficient from last year. I think it says something even more if he keeps his starting job. It means he competes. I like a hungry tiger… not one that is complacent.

Chadwick just sent a 65 yard punt.

This was my biggest surprise. He had at least two. The first one from near the south end zone that got the ahs seemed to go damn near 70 yards in the air. I think that was against the wind.

He’s going to me a major receiving threat out of the backfield.

I agree, nuss ended up being one for five on deep passes. Not an improvement

Of course he did. Barring injury he’s 100% warning the bench…and he knew it up front and chose that path.

I would say QBs that can scramble when needed like Burrow over a running QB

Absolutely, best thing for a defense is a D line that can get after you all day while rotating and staying fresh. Thats why 2011 was the goat D line

Per tigerbait, OL still seems like a question mark
