It’s like some of you don’t even watch the game.

Do you watch the game in hopes of something like this happening to go on a message board to tell a bunch of strangers you never met this?

There was 1 out, but it still doesn't matter. You don't make the first or second out at home plate EVER.

I would have held him up considering where he was in relation to when the fielder fielded the ball but it took a perfect throw to get him. Had that throw been a foot or two more away, he would have been safe, therefore, I have to problem with him sending him.

This is the correct answer only if there were two outs.

With a runner on third and less than two outs, here's how you can score:

- base hit
- passed ball
- sac fly
- fielders choice (unless it was a DP in this situation)
- walk (in this situation)

You remove two of those options if there is 2 outs. That's what makes the send bad with 0/1 out and good with 2 outs.

LF made another throw to home after the assist and it was way off the mark. They probably had seen during IN/OUT that he was inconsistent.
He made a great throw for the put-out. Tip your hat and move on.

Regardless, Pearson should have never been waved home. The ball was hit very hard, LF was charging and not very deep. Bad call by 3rd base coach.
