That’s the AD’s job, my only input is with the dollars I spend, that has very little to no affect on the powers that be.
Hindsight shows us all that moves against Les were avoided like the plague even though it was what was best for the University, players and fans.
Dysfunctional is being very very generous, stupid comes to mind and incompetent has to be in the bio......

Why is it our responsibility to name the solution? When something isn't working, it's up to the people in charge to fix it, or at least try. There are plenty of names out there, and they have been mentioned many times. What more do you want?
When you complain about someone getting your order wrong at a drive through window, do they say "well who should we get to fix our mistake?"...? Or do you expect them to simply fix it, because that's how it actually works?

No one on the rant has any idea who to replace him with. Oh, you'll get suggestions, but they don't know if the guy they're suggesting is a serial killer.
I'll tell you that there are future great coaches toiling away at some assistant position, or a head coach at a tiny school, who will be Hall of Famers one day. No one on this board has ever heard of them, though. It's the AD's job to figure that out.
Who had heard of Joe Brady? Who really had Saban on their radar?

Remember when Matt Moscona used this same argument to people calling for Miles' head in 2015 and 2016. He thought he was shutting down everyone with "who would you hire?" I'd say that worked out pretty well with O winning a title in 3.5 yrs.
He also said Herman would win a National Championship at Texas.
