I saw the first two series of 3rd qtr on TV and called it a night. At that point I already knew we weren’t winning the game.

This team is hard to watch. Im sorry, take away my fan card if you want. Im not wasting my time watching coaches look lost.

Props to the players who showed out last night. Did see big improvements from some. Flott really stepped up last night for example.

LSU fans who are lucky enough to have seats in the stadium do this regardless of time of day or quality of the team. It’s a shitty phenomenon.

End zones stay full, the sideline seats run out the building at a much higher percentage

The stadium wasn’t even close to capacity at the start of the game. There is your real problem.

Blows my mind. When I walked in that stadium I signed up to stay until it’s 0:00 in the 4th. It was a damn close game in the 3rd too.

I agree this is a lame excuse. That being said, traffic after was a nightmare and I can’t fault people for wanting to avoid that by leaving early,

The issue is funneling ppl out- logistics. Ppl want to beat traffic so they can get home 30 minutes after, not an hour and a half later. It’s causing fans to leave early. Not good

TAF has made it a corporate climate and half those leaving are there on others money (free tickets)

Long day tailgating, tired, drive home, rainy weather.

And most of all...LSU'S COMPLETE SHITSHOW OF HANDLING TRAFFIC FOR 20 YEARS.

If you're in a lot and stay entire game, you wouldn't see interstate until 1 am after last night's game.

Literally fans leave early to miss that

I was there and stayed until 0:00. Where were you? Were you there?

The posts critical of people leaving annoy the ever living shite out of me and here’s why. If you were in BR and you weren’t there, or even if you live in Houston or Shreveport (etc) and you weren’t there - you have no excuse. Why weren’t you there? Why didn’t you go?!

**Please note - this isn’t directed at you if you were in fact there. But if you weren’t.. and you don’t live in China or Alaska or some shite, shut the frick up. You REAL FANS could fricking be there and then the “Fans Leaving in the 3rd Quarter” threads could stop. Because you super fans would stay the entire time, right?

I think college football is on it’s way out over the next two decades. Like rock music, it’s time has come and gone

The real fans from back in the day were priced out a long time ago.

Why don't you ask the real question, "What is wrong with LSU?" Then go frick yourself for blaming the fans! This is a shite product being produced by a once proud university that has totally gone to shite. Realize one simple concept, college football is a business, big business, and like any business that produces a shite product, they lose their customers and go broke.

Death Valley has been dead for several years other than 1-2 games a year against the right opponent. Lots of schools are having similar issues but ours is definitely more magnified. And not every school has this issue.

Traffic? Dumb excuse. Late? You're already there, whatever.

The fact that it was a close SEC night game and they left is inexcusable. The fans reflect the sadness of the team and administration though. Winning culture - not so much.
