So let's just fire the coordinator after only a year and not allow him to develop any quarterback or skill positions

If an employee can't get along with his boss then he needs to gtfo. Period

He was only at Pitt one year with the same offense and put up historc numbers so your point is invalid

Some of you really need to learn the definition of “fact.”

he's not being pushed out in any way related to the scheme. Canada wanted out. He was pushing for a least one opponent to hire him.

We replace

QB

Top 2 RBs

Top 2 WRs statistically

We’re looking at huge turnover anyway.

The big soph WRs we had did not look good in this offense either

Way false.

You have an entire offseason to put your stuff in. You should see the differences immediately once you hit the field game 1.

The employee, in this case, brings way more to the table than his boss does.

True, but if your boss hired you to do a job, (which you are qualified for and he is not) and gives you full control you expect to have it. Once he comes in and starts telling you how to do your job (which he is out of his element in) then the boss becomes the problem not the employee.

At some point, the leader has to be responsible enough to let his team of leaders do their jobs to make the team successful. Not throwing your leaders under the bus in public PC’s to try and save your own arse.

that is not a fact. What is a fact is that Canada is about to be on his 7th job in 9 years

Pitt doesn't play in the SEC either. This is a matter of two egos not getting along, don't know who's the bigger ahole here or who started the whole mess but the head coach 9 times out of 10 is winning that battle and is the case now. People are in an uproar for nothing, the decision has been made live with it. The guy's offense wasn't mind boggling good anyway. I'm on no one's side in this matter either, I'm indifferent whether Canada is gone or not and same would be the case with O. The one LSU should fire is alleva.

Did Pitt surf as many injuries and transfers on offense as LSU. No, your counter point is invalid.

LSU had nearly a freshman OL at times, with a Heisman hopeful hurt and by Rant standards (not mine) a less than average QB.

You were the one arguing that he was top third of the SEC, right?

Etling was ok. But, he didn't give us an advantage in any of our games.

O is no Saban, he has to win something first. Acting may get you a part, but doesn't carry any standings off the stage.

The boss shouldn’t be so immature in his own right
