A&M is the most loaded athletic oriented school by far. Oil money supports A&M in the state of Texas

You do realize that endowments are for specific Academic purposes and not Athletics. The vast majority of A&M’s endowments have come from the State of Texas (not donors) which set up the fund for both Texas and A&M years ago. By the way the only schools on your list which have won a National Championship in the Modern Era (and I am stretching it) are Notre Dame and Michigan.
If Endowments mattered then the teams on your list would be Football Powerhouses but they are not. Instead Bama, LSU, and Auburn have won 10 of the last 19 National Championships and these are the teams in your SEC West Division. Then there are Florida with 2 and UGA with 1 as well from the SEC East which makes it 13 of the last 19 NCs from the SEC. A&M needs to worry about playing football vs the SEC not the Ivy League. Dumb Aggies strike again. Lol.

While probably true no sane person would look at LSU and A&M at this current point and think LSU was in a better position to be successful given the NEW college era.
Its no longer college athletics its Minor league NFL now and money will matter--only question is how sustainable is it given the number of college football programs.

Well Bama, LSU, Auburn, Florida, and UGA
aren’t worried about it. LSU just spent 100 million on Brian Kelly, 26.5 million to buy out Orgeron and staff, millions more to hire a new staff, 2.5 million for a Women’s Basketball Coach, 2.5 million to buy out Maineri, a couple of million to hire Jay Johnson, and 27 million on a dressing room for Football. Then LSU hired a Chef from the Seattle Seahawks to cook for the Football Team. LSU is just fine.
By the way you already proved you don’t know what you are talking about regarding
Academic Funds vs Athletic Funds but go ahead and talk A&M crap because it has been going on for years and A&M still is 2-8 vs LSU since joining the SEC and 4-16 vs LSU and Bama in the same time period. fricking hilarious.
