Don’t know how safe any weekend starter is with the starting pitcher depth on this team, Ware ,Cowan, Schmidt etc

Eyanson was dominant after the 3rd inning but obviously he sucked for the first 3 innings. I’d like to see Ware start a weekend game but who does he replace? Anderson has yet to make it out of the 6th inning, could be a possibility

Ehh Ware will be best served coming out of the pen for long relief. I think Schmidt will take a weekend spot from Shores or Eyanson at some point and whoever loses their spot will come out of the pen as well.

I dont see it. Ware is one of the only solid lefties we have in the pen. We need him there. Eyanson keeps a weekend spot imo

I'd rather him throw 30-40 innings this year mostly

What? lol, that’s not happening

Because we are so deep that when guys struggle Jay will be quick to yank them and Smitty is going to get a shot if that happens. He’s too valuable

I guess I don't follow. Are yall saying Schmidt is going to get more or less than 30-40 innings?

I said last week he was midweek or relief. Was killed for saying it. He’s average and will get killed in SEC play

Also, I predict there is no way Curiel takes an outfield spot with Larson, Brown and Pierson on the roster.
