Because when we do this all again next year with Brennan, he’ll be hailed a god.

Explain to ME, why I should explain to YOU, why Joe Brady should STAY at LSU?

LSU is a top college program in the nation where he is clearly in line for the OC position 1 year removed from being a nothing assistant for the saints making like 50k a year. If he has another year or two with this dominance at the OC position he could easily jump to a HC position at a major university when a position opens up. From there with successs he could move to HC on an NFL team, all before he turns 40.

he needs another 2 years to prove performance this year is not mostly due to our elite QB/Heisman and receivers.
Remember Curley Hallman? he wasn't so good when we realized Brette Favre moved on to the NFL.

Because LSU is about to pay that man bank (probably more than he'd make as an OC in the NFL), and he should probably learn more about being an OC.
Also, if I was Brady, I'd want to prove that I can do it without a Burrow at the helm.

People are kicking tires on him, but everyone wants to see if he’s the real deal or if we caught lightning in a bottle with an awesome QB, set of receivers that are out of this world, great TE, great RB for the system. Let’s all see what he does next season with Brennan and without Jefferson, CEH, and probably Moss. If the offense is still clicking, then things will really get crazy.

He’s going to receive a large sum of money from LSU in the very near future

Lol. Everybody thinks it’s in their best interest to leave, players and coaches. Don’t be short sited.
“leave and do what is best for you.’ Sometimes it is best to stay. Improve your skills and leave at the appropriate time.
Would joe Brady have been as successful without LSU, ensminger, and joe burrow. Probably not.
He is a year or two away. He leaves and fails and his star will be a falling one. Burned bright but didn’t last long
At LSU he will have a great year next year

Because we’ll pay him what he’s worth and put him in a situation for success.

Because in all likelihood, he's going to a shitty NFL team versus an SEC school that may very well be the defending National Champions when they kickoff next August.

Moss will be back. He dissent need the money. Next year he can be a monster. A lot of two tight end sets

First of all, he’s not as sought after as LSU fans think he is. Real football people know that Joe Brady, while a promising young coach with a great future, is not a miracle worker. He has never pioneered anything. He has simply learned Payton’s offense and brought it to a highly competent Steve Ensminger.
Brady is getting his first experience as sort of a co-coordinator. LSU is about to pay him like a top-flight offensive coordinator, so he will be making bank the next year or two. At some point in the next year or so he’ll be the actual OC at LSU, which is the right career move for him. If he jumps at an NFL OC role, or a mid-major head coaching gig, he could easily fail because he’s not ready yet. That would set him back like Lane Kiffin was set back.
His path should be one more year as co-coordinator at LSU, then OC at LSU for two years, then accept a head coaching gig at a major college program, or else jump to the NFL as a OC then HC.

I’m not really worried about JB yet. I’m worried about clemson.

Other organizations may be skeptical (Short-term success, Joe Burrow, First round talent, etc.) and may not offer a long term contract or the money that he may like. He may not risk a short-term contract with his own doubts about not making it past one year.
He's young and will be forgotten forever IF he were to fail. NFL players are not the same as college players. College success with certain personnel may not translate the same in the pros.
If I were him, I'll get a long term contract (5+ years, waiting OC in the making, and VERY VERY decent money). If the pros are still his dream, he can make it at 35 and still be one of the youngest coaches.
That's all I got. Happy New Year folks!

Easy . So he can have a better opportunity to get better offers in the future . Not to jump at the first job that comes up .

It only needs to be explained/sold to him
